Mission: ARC promotes an understanding of race, racism, and anti-racism within systems

Vision: We provide a coherent curriculum to address race, racism and anti-racism in organizations and professional spaces with a focus on promoting justice-oriented change agents

Framework: We operate within a systems, self-identity, history, and action framework
