The Urban Education Collaborative at UNC Charlotte is pleased to continue our Urban Education Collaborative Distinguished Lecture Series. This Distinguished Lecture Series takes place each semester to enhance our academic community on key issues in the field of urban education.

Our guest for the Fall 2014 semester will be NFL Hall of Fame Player Darrell Green (Washington Redskins). Mr. Darrell Green is well-known nationally and internationally for his career in the NFL where he received many prestigious honors. Additionally, he has equally been recognized as an international speaker for his work in education, service and moral development of youth.

Please join us on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 11:30am for a Meet & Greet and Lunch. Mr. Green’s Community Lecture will begin at 12:15pm at the UNC Charlotte Center City Campus at 320 E. 9th Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. Free Parking for those that RSVP by November 18 at 12pm.
