Recipients of the 2017 AABHE Dissertation Awards

Drs. Derrick Robinson and Tempestt Adams, recent doctoral graduates in Urban Education from UNC Charlotte, have received the 2017 dissertation award from the American Association of Blacks in Higher Education.  Placing second and third respectively, the award package includes a cash reward, conference registration, and a one-year membership in AABHE.  Derrick and Tempestt will present their research at the AABHE conference, March 23-25th in Raleigh, NC.
